Installation Process

One of the many benefits of decorative concrete overlay is how quickly it can be installed and how non-invasive the process is. Our tested and proven Spray Mark and Hallmark System can literally transform your concrete surfaces overnight without having to remove the existing concrete.

As easy as 1, 2, 3...

Step 1

The original concrete surface is prepared by acid etching with a diluted solution of muriatic acid and water. The area is then pressure washed with a 3500psi machine or more.

Step 2

Once the preparation is complete, a texture coat is applied by spraying a main color and then highlighting with 2 to 3 different colors to provide depth and realism.

Step 3

Once step 2 is complete, an acrylic enamel seal coat is applied that makes the new coat impervious to fading, stains, the elements and will keep the concrete floors looking new for years to come.

The Hallmark System is a color integrated, modified acrylic cement product made of Portland cement, silica sand and a modified acrylic resin for its bonding agent. The F1 Fast Floor System is a unique, cutting edge technology that allows to coat to garage floors, workshops, basements and even commercial floors in one just day. The clean, modern look offered by the F1 System makes it perfect for home and business owners alike.

The F1 base coat is applied with the color of your choosing, spray poly vinyl chips into the wet base coat and then seal with the F1 System coat without the color to provide a tough, chemical resistant floor.

Concrete resurfacing systems come with a 10-year limited material warranty against, dramatic fading, de-lamination, and general product failure.
